Fix SW Outlaws Physics Lag
Flying through dense clouds, physics calculations caused E-Core bottlenecks, dropping FPS from 120 to 48. I tried adjusting Windows power plan to Performance, which helped P-Cores but didn't fix E-Core latency. I used GamePP Resource Scheduler to set Real-time priority and Manual memory scheduling. Cinebench R23 showed multi-core score increase to 37200, and HWiNFO confirmed CPU temps at 78-84℃. This backup of settings stabilized the FPS.
