How to optimize multi-core scheduling for Sims 5 on B650MT?
The default scheduling on the Biostar B650MT is a complete joke. In a game like The Sims 5 that relies on single-core punch and heavy background sims, it actually let my P-Cores idle while the E-Cores were maxed out. The whole city ran like a PowerPoint presentation. I tried the Windows 'High Performance' plan, but the random drops persisted. I went into the GamePP Process Priority Manager and forced the main game threads onto the P-Cores, while testing different voltage offsets. My FPS jumped from a pathetic 45 to a stable 85, and the physics lag vanished. The trial-and-error was tedious, but the gain was massive.
