Why does my system stutter during large-scale building tasks in The Sims 5?

The stutter during building was maddening. I tried overclocking to 4.8GHz, but it crashed immediately. I needed a stable backup plan. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to adjust voltage from 1.15V to 1.22V and locked frequency at 4.5GHz. Now, Cinebench R23 scores are stable at 20000 points. The CPU temperature dropped from 85C to 78C. The building experience is smooth, and I can create complex structures without worrying about performance degradation.
