Stop Night City Stuttering
It was unbearable; after two hours in Night City, the SN770's performance plummeted, causing the smooth visuals to start dropping frames randomly. I tried running Windows Disk Defragmenter, which was a mistake for an NVMe drive; it didn't help and just increased wear, making me angry at my own ignorance. I used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configurator to set the queue depth to 512 and synchronized the system write cache refresh frequency. 3DMark storage tests showed performance fluctuations narrowed from 40-80% to 70-85%, with AIDA64 recording temperatures at 58-65℃.
