How do I stop crashes in Phantom Brigade combat scenes?

Phantom Brigade crashed during combat due to excessive memory frequency. Enabling XMP failed and caused a BSOD. I used GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to downclock to 6400MHz and set voltage to 1.35V. MemTest86 confirmed stability with temps at 48-55℃, stopping the crashes.
