Why does Overwatch 2 stutter during cyclic map loading sequences?

I can't stand this cache scheduling; my 4TB drive hit 130ms read latency during map loads, cutting my FPS in half. I first tried setting virtual memory to half of the remaining disk space, but this increased I/O conflicts and frame drops per RTSS. I then used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase the queue depth from 64 to 256. AIDA64 tests showed 4K random reads improved to 68-75MB/s, and CrystalDiskMark confirmed the write drop from 5000MB/s to 800MB/s was fixed, with temps at 45-52℃ per HWMonitor.
