Thermalright PS120 SE Cooling
It was infuriating that even with a top-tier air cooler, I got frame drops during high-load emulator sessions. I tried lowering the rendering scale, which ruined the image quality but didn't stop the drops—a completely useless approach. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration to force fans to 100% at 75℃ and switched to High Performance power. RTSS showed frame times returned to 13-17ms, AIDA64 confirmed CPU temps at 64-70℃, and the 4.5GHz to 3.0GHz drop seen in AIDA64 vanished. Pure bliss.
