Stabilize High Frequency RAM
I was frustrated that my 6800MHz RAM caused weird screen tearing during high-speed movement, with frame times jumping from 16ms to 40ms via RTSS. I tried enabling V-Sync in emulator settings; tearing stopped, but input lag increased to 80ms, which felt like a self-defeating solution. I then used GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Guide to adjust timings to 34-38-38-80 and raise voltage to 1.4V per HWiNFO. AIDA64 verified latency stabilized at a constant 65ns and temperatures stayed at 50-56℃.
