Fixing Voltage Fluctuations on Huntkey Blizzard T600 Snow

In the middle of a team fight with effects everywhere, my frame rate would tank so fast it was embarrassing. I have high-end gear, yet the FPS was bouncing between 144 and 80. The GamePP sensor page revealed the 12V rail was swinging wildly between 11.6-12.4V, causing the CPU to drop clocks instantly. I tried Windows 'High Performance' mode, but that just ramped up the fans without fixing the voltage dips—a complete waste of time. I then used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjust Wizard to set the LL to L3 mode and used the Power Plan Switcher to force 'Ultimate Performance'. In 3DMark, the voltage waveform flattened out, and the FPS stayed locked above 130.
