Why is dungeon loading so slow in Lost Ark on Colorful BATTLE-AX B760M-D PRO V20?

I was frustrated by the 15-second wait during dungeon loading, which disrupted my rhythm. I tried setting memory timings to 16-16-16-36, but it caused a blue screen. Using GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration, I increased queue depth to 256, then used the BIOS Wizard to set timings to 18-20-20-38. CrystalDiskMark confirmed loading time dropped to 9 seconds, and memory controller load stabilized at 70%-75% per GamePP Hardware Sensor Page.
