How to fix CPU core scheduling on Biostar B550MH in Judgment?
Walking through Kamurocho, the frame rate would dive so fast it was honestly pathetic. Whenever NPCs crowded around, FPS would plunge from 80 to 35. The GamePP sensor page showed the CPU load was totally skewed—some cores were pegged at 100% while others were just idling. I tried Windows 'High Performance' mode, but all that did was make my fans louder without fixing the drops, which felt like a complete waste of time. I then used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjust Wizard to set Vcore to 1.32V and used the Power Plan Switcher to force synchronous boost on all physical cores. In Cinebench R23, multi-core scores rose by 6%, and the frame drops vanished.
