How do I fix the physics engine stutter in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle on Fanxiang S790 2TB?

Dense cloud layers caused a frame drop from 120 to 48 FPS. The E-Cores were bottlenecked. I tried Windows Performance mode, but it didn't fix the latency. I used the GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set LL to L3 and VCCSA to 1.25V. Cinebench R23 scores jumped from 35800 to 37200. HWiNFO showed temps dropping to 82℃.
