Fix PCIe Bus Latency Drops
It's unbearable; in a game that emphasizes realism, the frame rate was wildly jumping between 60 and 30. I first tried changing the PCIe mode from Auto to Gen4 in BIOS; while fluctuations decreased, the system suffered two abnormal reboots, which was very frustrating. I then opened the GamePP Resource Scheduler, raised the game's I/O priority to Highest, and disabled unnecessary background services. RTSS showed frame times stabilized at 12-18ms, AIDA64 confirmed memory usage at 16-20GB, and temps stayed under 70℃.
