Gears 5 Memory Timing Fix
It's so annoying; despite my specs, every fast turn has a momentary hitch that is absolutely maddening. I first tried the Windows High Performance power plan, but only the fans got louder while the stutters remained. I then used the GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor to manually tighten primary timings from 16-18-18-38 to 14-16-16-34 and increased voltage to 1.35V. GamePP Benchmark confirmed latency dropped to 68-74ns, and HWInfo64 showed memory temperatures stable at 42-48℃.
