How do I fix i7-14700KF thread scheduling stutters during heavy fights in Gears 5?

During massive cover destruction, my CPU temps spiked to 92℃ via AIDA64, causing the processor to freak out and misallocate tasks between P-Cores and E-Cores. My FPS tanked from 120 down to 60, which was absolutely maddening. I saw that the default Balanced mode was too slow for the Gears 5 physics engine, dumping heavy calculations onto the E-Cores. I tried disabling E-Cores in the BIOS, but while the stutters stopped, my 1% lows became a rollercoaster and multitasking suffered. What a joke. I then fired up the GamePP Power Plan Switcher, locked the system to Extreme Performance, and set the game process priority to Realtime.
