How to fix I/O blocking on Seagate FireCuda 530 in FF7 Rebirth?

Walking through a crowded city and seeing my frame rate tank that fast was honestly pathetic for this drive. Despite being a top-tier PCIe 4.0 disk, my FPS was bouncing between 120 and 60. The GamePP sensor page showed random read latency swinging between 15-40ms with a massive I/O queue backup. I tried the 'High Performance' power plan in Windows, but it just made my fans louder without fixing a single frame drop—a complete waste of time. I finally used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config to tune the depth to 128 and enabled forced write cache flushing. In 3DMark, the read waveform flattened out and the drops plummeted.
