Why does F1 25 freeze during high-speed cornering?

Every time I entered a high-speed corner, the smooth image would suddenly freeze, which is absolutely infuriating in a competitive game. I tried enabling Ultimate Performance mode, but the temperature actually rose further due to increased voltage, leaving me deeply frustrated. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration to bind fan speeds non-linearly and forced full-speed mode at 75℃. RTSS showed frame times converged to 14-22ms, while HWMonitor tracked a 4.8GHz to 3.1GHz drop before the fix and stabilized at 68-74℃.
