i9 13900K Load Line Voltage Fix
Dense cloud layers in Delta Force caused massive FPS drops from 125 to 50 on my Intel Core i9 13900K due to E-Core overload. I tried switching to Windows Performance mode, but it didn't fix the E-Core latency, just a superficial change. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Wizard to set LL to L3 mode and adjusted VCCSA voltage from 1.22V to 1.27V. Cinebench R23 showed multi-core score improving from 36500 to 38500, and temperature dropped from 96℃ to 83℃. The physics are smooth, and this backup of my config is a lifesaver.
