How do I stop physics stutter in DEATH STRANDING 2 on Great Wall GW3300?

Physics stutter in DEATH STRANDING 2 dropped my frame rate from 120 to 48 FPS on the Great Wall GW3300. I tried a Performance power plan, but it failed to fix E-Core latency. I then used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase queue depth to 2048 and enabled forced write cache flush. Per CrystalDiskMark, 4K random read speed improved from 45-52MB/s to 68-75MB/s. The temperature dropped from 92℃ to 78℃, and the configuration was backed up successfully.
