Noctua NH-D14 PWM Sync
It's so frustrating; even with a top-tier Noctua cooler, I got sudden spikes to 82-86℃ due to fans being out of sync (1200 vs 1400 RPM). I tried setting both fans to full speed in the BIOS, but the signature Noctua silence was gone, which felt like a waste. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to force PWM synchronization, jumping to 1500 RPM at 75℃ with a 5.5V start.
