VRAM and Resource Scheduling
In intense urban street fights, every explosion caused the frame rate to crash from 60 to 20 FPS, which was absolutely infuriating. I tried lowering all graphics settings to minimum, but while I gained 5 FPS, the game looked like a mosaic, which was a depressing fix. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the process to Realtime and expanded virtual memory from 8GB to 24GB. Minimum FPS rose to 35 per RTSS, and GPU core frequency stabilized at 1450-1550MHz per GamePP.
