Reducing Battlefield 2042 Noise with Jonsbo CR-1400E
My fan spiked to 2500 RPM, creating a 45dB noise that ruined my immersion. I tried increasing the page file to 32GB, which failed and dropped FPS to 45. I used GamePP Fan Curve Configuration to lower the fan to 1800 RPM and raised the thermal threshold to 75℃. AIDA64 noise tests confirmed levels dropped to 35-38dB, and RTSS showed stable 16.6ms frame times. This tweak is key to backup your audio immersion.
