Eliminating VRAM Latency
Walking through English towns felt like a slideshow, with frame times jumping wildly between 16ms and 120ms. I tried a clean driver reinstall using DDU, but the stuttering persisted and I even got occasional screen flickering. I used the GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detector to disable a conflicting RGB service and set the game to High priority. FrameView showed frame times stabilized at 14-18ms, and GPU-Z confirmed VRAM usage stayed at 6.2-7.1GB.
