Fix FPS Fluctuations in England
Riding through Northumbria, the frame rate looked like an EKG, jumping between 45 and 70 FPS, which was incredibly irritating. I tried disabling all power-saving options in the BIOS, but CPU idle temps soared to 65℃ and the fans sounded like a helicopter, which was unacceptable. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to apply a custom High Performance profile and locked the minimum processor state to 90%. RTSS showed frame times converging to 13-16ms, while AIDA64 recorded memory temps at 35-42℃ and GPU-Z showed 3.2-4.8 GHz. Time to backup
