Vastarmor RX 9070 XT Tuning
It's really annoying; I have a top-tier card, yet I get mysterious micro-stutters while traversing the bustling streets. I first tried enabling Low Latency mode in the driver, but the frame drops persisted, leaving me very dissatisfied. I used the GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sampling Calibrator to set FSR precision to 80% and optimized the sharpening parameters. Frame time stabilized at 11-16ms per RTSS, and GPU temp stayed at 65-72°C per GPU-Z. It's finally smooth.
