Fix Instant CPU Downclocking
It was infuriating; taming large dinosaurs pushed my CPU to 95℃, causing the frame rate to plummet. I tried adding two intake fans, but it only lowered temps by 3℃, which didn't stop the throttling. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to force 100% speed above 75℃ and optimized the voltage offset. Cinebench R23 scores rose to 20500, and AIDA64 confirmed CPU temps were held at 82-86℃. HWInfo showed voltage stabilized from 1.1V-1.3V.
