Why does my CPU throttle from 4.3GHz to 3.0GHz in dense forests?

I was tracking large prey when my CPU temps spiked to 87-93℃ per AIDA64, causing massive stutters that totally broke the immersion. I tried setting the fan mode to full speed in the BIOS, but the noise was like a power drill and temps only dropped by 2℃, which was a crude and disappointing fix. I then used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to raise the 76℃ threshold from 60% to 95% and applied a -0.02V voltage offset. Cinebench R23 tests confirmed core temps dropped to 75-81℃ per HWMonitor, finally stabilizing at 68-74℃ via GamePP monitoring.
