Why does Way of the Hunter stutter in dense forests?

While tracking prey, I noticed a frustrating stutter whenever new vegetation loaded, which totally killed the mood. I tried enabling Windows Game Mode, but it didn't stop the drops and instead caused my background recording software to crash frequently. I finally used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to boost the game process priority to Realtime and stripped away redundant system services. Frame times converged to 12-16ms per GamePP Frame Analyzer, with VRM temperatures stable at 62-68℃ per HWMonitor and core load at 12-18% via AIDA64.
