How do I fix micro-lag in Titanfall 3 with a Kioxia EXCERIA PLUS G3 1TB?

I was so frustrated when character turns lagged during the Iron Titan base load. I tried increasing the page file size, but it dropped FPS to 45. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config to raise the depth from 64 to 256 and enabled TRIM. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K random read latency dropping from 120-145μs to 85-92μs. GamePP Hardware Sensor confirmed drive temps stayed stable at 42-48℃. The flow is finally smooth again.
