Resolving Witcher 3 Memory Instability
I was losing my mind when The Witcher 3 stutters during map loads. My Galax B760M Light D4 frequency bounced between 3200MHz and 3600MHz, causing 8.5-12.3ms frame spikes per RTSS. I tried locking 3600MHz manually, but it caused two BSODs. I used GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor to stabilize at 3466MHz with 16-19-19-38 timings. I bumped voltage from 1.20V to 1.25V. GamePP confirmed bandwidth rose to 82-88% and temps held at 45-52°C. It's a solid save.
