Why do I feel input delay during fights in The Mageseeker?

While maneuvering in Summoner's Rift, I felt a subtle disconnect between my clicks and the character's response, which is lethal during critical flashes. I tried disabling all unnecessary startup items in the system, but this simple cleanup failed to solve the underlying scheduling conflict and caused driver loading anomalies. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to force the game process priority to real-time and suppressed background tasks. Background memory usage dropped from 11.4-13.1GB per GamePP Resource Panel, frame time converged to 6-9ms via RTSS, and power delivery stabilized at 54-59℃ per HWMonitor.
