Why does The First Descendant stutter during boss fights on B450M?

I felt totally defeated when giant boss effects triggered sudden micro-stutters, killing my immersion. I tried enabling Extreme Performance mode in BIOS, but power consumption spiked, leading to a BSOD and a full system reboot. To fix this, I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set the load-line to L2 mode and tuned Vcore to 1.32V per HWInfo64. RTSS showed frame times converged to 11-14ms, while AIDA64 confirmed VRM temperatures stabilized at 65-72℃. It's finally smooth.
