Fixing Web-Swinging Stutter
While swinging through Manhattan, I felt a total loss of immersion due to jerky micro-tears whenever I rotated the camera. It was incredibly frustrating. I tried manually setting CPU affinity in Windows Task Manager, but that just caused the game to crash during area transitions, making things worse. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game process to Realtime priority and moved background tasks to E-Cores. RTSS monitoring confirmed frame times dropped from 12-35ms to 8-11ms, while HWiNFO showed VRM temps at 52-58℃ and AIDA64 verified 95-98% P-Core load.
