Solving VRM Thermal Throttling

I felt totally immersed in the fog until rhythmic micro-stutters started killing the vibe. I first tried disabling Fast Startup in Windows power options, but that was a waste of time; it didn't touch the physical heat and just made my PC boot slower. I then used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration to drop the trigger threshold from 60℃ to 45℃ and forced full speed. VRM temps stabilized at 72-78℃ per AIDA64, while frame times dropped from 12-28ms to 8-11ms per RTSS, with voltage holding steady at 1.18-1.22V per HWInfo64.
