I felt sick watching the screen edge noise intensify while entering Brookhaven. I tried default settings, but the frame rate crashed to 45 FPS. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set Load-Line to Level 5 and locked VCCSA at 1.25V. AIDA64 confirmed the voltage stabilized from 1.18-1.22V to a smooth 1.25V, eliminating the 20ms lag.
