Fixing RE9 Memory Spikes
While exploring a gloomy underground lab, I noticed that whenever monster groups appeared, the frame rate would plummet from 60 to 25 FPS, which was incredibly jarring. I first tried increasing the virtual memory to 32GB in the system, but while crashes decreased, the frequency of micro-stutters actually increased, leaving me frustrated. I then enabled the GamePP Resource Scheduler to raise the game process priority from Normal to Realtime and closed all unnecessary background browser plugins. RTSS monitoring showed frame times converging from 22-48ms to 14-18ms, and AIDA64 confirmed memory temperatures stable at 42-48℃.
