Solving VRAM Bandwidth Drops

Exploring a gloomy underground lab, I noticed regular micro-stutters whenever I rotated the camera quickly, breaking the immersion. I tried enabling Maximum Performance mode in the driver, but it failed to fix the stutters and instead caused the core temperature to spike to 82℃ per AIDA64. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set VRAM access priority to real-time and tuned the VRAM voltage to 1.35V. RTSS confirmed frame times converged to 11-15ms, with core temperature stable at 68-74℃ per AIDA64 and VRAM usage at 11-13GB via GPU-Z.
