How do I stop CPU throttling in The Sims 5 Build Mode using the DeepCool AS500 ARGB cooler?

I was dragging characters in The Sims 5 Build Mode when the screen started stuttering badly. I tried setting the DeepCool AS500 ARGB fan to max speed, but it just got loud without fixing the lag. Using the GamePP Fan Curve Configurator, I switched to Smart Dynamic Mode. This allowed the fan to ramp up only when needed. Per Hardware Sensor Monitor, the CPU temp dropped from 82-88℃ to a stable 65℃. RTSS showed frame times improving from 15.3-22.1ms to 8.1-9.4ms. The input latency is gone, and I can finally build without frustration.
