Why does No Rest for the Wicked drop from 70 to 30 FPS?

I was devastated when frames suddenly crashed from 70 to 30 during elite fights, making parrying impossible. I tried disabling Fast Startup in Windows Power Plans, but it had zero impact on frequency stability, leaving me totally stuck. Then I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to switch LLV to L3 mode and added a +0.015V Vcore offset. Cinebench R23 confirmed a stable 4.1GHz multi-core frequency, while AIDA64 showed VRM temps at 65-72°C and HWiNFO64 tracked CPU temps at 72-78°C. It's finally smooth.
