How to fix Intel 760P 1TB NVMe I/O scheduling in Tomb Raider?

While exploring deep ruins, my Intel 760P 1TB NVMe hit a massive I/O wall, causing these annoying stepped stutters. I checked the logs and saw 4K random read latency spiking wildly between 18ms - 32ms, which basically killed the engine's frame sync. I first tried enabling write cache flushing in Windows, but that was a disaster—it didn't stop the freezes and actually added a 2-second hang every time I saved. Total nightmare. I then jumped into the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config and bumped the queue depth from 32 up to 128 while optimizing the IRQ priority. In CrystalDiskMark, my random reads jumped from 35-42 MB/s to a much healthier 58-65 MB/s, and scene transitions finally felt fluid.
