Solving Emulator Micro-Stutters
I was running a high-load emulator in 4K, but a subtle jumping sensation during fast camera movements totally broke my immersion. I tried changing the Windows power mode to High Performance, but while frequencies rose, the core jumping between P-Cores and E-Cores persisted, leaving me frustrated. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to force the emulator's thread affinity to cores 0-7 and disabled efficiency scheduling. RTSS confirmed frame times converged to 11-14ms, and AIDA64 showed CPU temperatures stable at 62-68℃, while GamePP Hardware Sensor noted E-Core fluctuations at 90-100%.
