Solving Manhattan City Stutter
I was devastated when taking off in Manhattan; my CPU temperature spiked from 52℃ to 94-98℃ per AIDA64, turning the game into a slideshow. I tried forcing the pump to full speed in the BIOS, but the fan noise was unbearable and temps only dropped by 3℃. Finally, I used GamePP Fan Curve Configuration to set the 80℃+ threshold to 100% load and tuned the pump voltage to 1.35V per HWMonitor. Now, core temps stay at 76-82℃ per AIDA64, and frame times dropped from 32-55ms to 14-18ms per RTSS.
