How do I stop the Huntkey T620 PSU from whining and restarting during MGS Δ jungle stealth?

I was deep in the jungle when the Huntkey T620 started whining, then the system crashed, which was pure panic. I tried swapping the power cable, but the whine persisted, so that was a waste of time. I then used the GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to switch LL mode to Manual L3 and set VCCSA to 1.25V. AIDA64 stress test showed voltage fluctuation dropping from 0.3V to 0.05V, and the 12V rail stayed stable at 11.8-12.1V per GamePP sensors. Now the stealth runs are smooth.
