Why does MGS Delta stutter when turning in dense jungle areas?

I felt totally robbed of immersion while sneaking through the jungle; the character's turning movements had these micro-second jumps that ruined the stealth flow. I first tried disabling all background update services to lighten the load, but the stuttering didn't budge and some system plugins actually crashed, which was a nightmare. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to force the game's main process to real-time priority and cleared 1.2GB of memory redundancy. Frame intervals converged from 11-28ms to 7-12ms per RTSS, while VRM temps stayed at 52-58℃ per HWiNFO64 and CPU load hit 45-82% per AIDA64.
