Why does Manor Lords stutter when zooming out with a 990 PRO?

I felt totally robbed of immersion when planning my village; zooming out triggered 120ms micro-pauses that made the game feel like it was hitching. I tried disabling write caching in Windows Disk Management, but that was a disaster—loading times jumped by 3 seconds. I finally used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to bump the queue depth from 1024 to 2048. RTSS monitoring confirmed frame times dropped from 18-30ms to 9-13ms, and HWMonitor showed stable temps at 42-55℃. AIDA64 also clocked read latency at 15-40ms.
