Why does Horizon Zero Dawn keep dropping frames during heavy vegetation loads with 96GB Vengeance?

While exploring the Forbidden West, my frame times suddenly spiked from 12ms to 35ms, which completely killed the combat flow. The Corsair Vengeance 96GB uses high-density dies, and at 6000MHz, the memory controller's signal integrity was jittering at the default 1.1V, causing bandwidth to swing wildly between 52-60GB/s. I first tried the XMP auto-profile, but that was a mistake—my 1% lows actually dropped by 15%, leaving me totally baffled. I eventually dove into the BIOS, locked the SoC voltage at 1.25V, and tightened tRFC from 500 down to 420, while bumping VDD to 1.38V. Checking AIDA64, the read latency tightened up from 82ns to a steady 68-74ns. I did hit a blue screen on the first try when I pushed the timings too far, and I had to loosen tRAS by 10 units to get it rock steady. Temps stayed around 54-60℃.
