How do I fix SLC cache overflow stutter in Horizon?

I felt the immersion shatter as the Samsung 990 PRO 2TB hit its SLC limit, causing severe 12-second load times. I tried increasing virtual memory, but that just caused more read/write conflicts and frame drops. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config to raise the queue depth from 1024 to 2048 and enabled forced write cache flush. CrystalDiskMark confirmed 4K random read speeds jumped from 45-52MB/s to 68-75MB/s, while load times dropped to 5 seconds per in-game timer.
