Why do I see blurred edges and tearing in Helldivers 2 at 2K?

I felt totally immersed until calling orbital railcannon strikes during swarm outbreaks caused jagged edges and screen tearing at 2K. I tried switching DLSS from quality to balanced mode; while FPS rose by 6, the blurring actually worsened, which was incredibly frustrating. To fix this, I used the GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sampling Calibrator to raise sharpening intensity from 50 to 72. After this, tearing vanished, with GPU temps stable at 62-68℃ per AIDA64, VRAM at 5.2-6.1GB per GPU-Z, and fans at 1200-1500 RPM per HWMonitor.
