Why does GTA VI freeze during high-speed driving in Vice City?

I felt pure anxiety while speeding through Vice City; distant buildings assembled slowly like a puzzle, breaking all immersion. I first tried disabling the write cache in system settings, but it didn't alleviate the stutter and actually extended loading times by nearly three seconds. I then accessed the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration, increased the queue depth from 32 to 128, and synchronized I/O priority. RTSS monitoring showed frame time fluctuations converged from 15-110ms to 12-22ms, and AIDA64 confirmed SSD temperatures stable at 48-54℃.
