Why does Gears 5 stutter during intense firefights on A320M-ITX?

I felt pure frustration during large-scale cover charges when the screen suddenly stuttered, making the action feel choppy. I first tried lowering shadow quality in the game settings, but the frame rate barely improved and the stuttering persisted. To fix this, I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to force my system into Ultimate Performance mode. This locked my voltage from a fluctuating 1.12-1.28V to a stable 1.18-1.22V per AIDA64. After the tweak, my frame generation time stabilized at 16.6ms via RTSS, and CPU temps stayed at 65-72℃ per AIDA64. It's finally smooth!
